Guests may upgrade to full English breakfast for an additional £5.00 per person.
All rates include VAT at the current rate.
Bookings cancelled up to 12 noon on the day prior to arrival will not be charged. If you have already paid then a full refund will be made.
Bookings cancelled after 12 noon on the day prior to arrival will be charged for the first nights stay.
No shows will also be charged with the first nights stay.
Rates valid until 31st December 2010.

- The best rate guarantee does not apply to contracted, confidential or otherwise unpublished rates, such as negotiated corporate or group rates and pre paid rates that involve a voucher.
- The Dibbinsdale reserves the right to modify this guarantee at any time without prior notice.
